Terms of Service

These terms apply to website design and maintenance services provided by Vertex Automations, based in Vryburg, South Africa.

Services

Project scope, deliverables, timelines, and pricing are agreed in writing before work begins. Any change to the agreed scope may affect the timeline and cost.

Client responsibilities

Clients are responsible for supplying content, images, and feedback within reasonable timeframes, and for ensuring they hold the rights to any material supplied.

Payment

Payment terms are confirmed per project. Maintenance services are billed according to the agreed arrangement.

Ownership

On full payment, the client owns the delivered website content and design. Third-party components remain subject to their own licences.
